We provide Egyptian Arabian products to our customer , we are targeting the Egyptian Arabian community lovers in whole world. When do you ship?
We try to ship all orders within 2 working days! For delivery, please allow 5-10 days – depending on the country and the delivery method. Some delays in delivery may occur in very busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday or due to COVID-19 related delays. This is out of our control but we do provide tracking information and are happy to assist in any way possible. No, different customs apply to different countries for different items and we are not able to track the changes automatically all over the world. If you are not sure whether you are allowed to order something from abroad without import fees please contact your customs office. All products presented in our online store are readily available. If a question of availability arises, you will be informed by e-mail or phone.
